    Amazon to build 300 MW of hybrid wind-solar capacity in India – pv magazine International

    Amazon stated it needs to deploy two hybrid wind-solar services in India.

    Amazon introduced its first wind-solar hybrid tasks with Vibrant Vitality. They’ll construct 300 MW of renewable capability in two areas within the Indian states of Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka.

    Upon completion, the tasks will generate 1,163 GWh of fresh vitality, which is equal to the electrical energy wanted to energy 380,000 households in New Delhi yearly, the corporate stated.

    Amazon at the moment has 5 utility-scale renewable vitality tasks in India, or greater than 720 MW of renewable vitality capability. It targets net-zero carbon emissions throughout its complete enterprise by 2040 and goals to energy its international operations with 100% renewable vitality by 2025.

    Vibrant Vitality is a majority owned subsidiary of Blue Leaf Vitality Asia.
