    • $13.18 million in Genesee County
    • $19.38 million to the Metropolis of Elba
    • $12.92 million to the City of Oakfield
    • $16.85 million to the Elba Central College District
    • $11.24 million to the Oakfield-Alabama College District

    The GCEDC Board accepted closing resolutions for 3 neighborhood photo voltaic tasks totaling 10.5 megawatts of vitality, which embrace roughly $2 million in compensation for varied host communities.

    • A 5-megawatt neighborhood photo voltaic challenge on West Foremost Highway in Le Roy by AES Rt 5 Storage LLC. The $11.01 million challenge will generate $597,180 in compensation to Genesee County, the city of Le Roy, and Le Roy Central Faculties.
    • A 3-megawatt neighborhood photo voltaic challenge on Alexander Highway in Batavia by RPNY Photo voltaic 6 LLC. The $5.97 million challenge will generate $447,748 in reimbursements to Genesee County, town of Batavia, and Alexander Central Faculties.
    • A 2.5-megawatt neighborhood photo voltaic challenge on Alexander Highway in Batavia RPNY Photo voltaic 7 LLC. The $3.55 million challenge will generate $373,124 in funds to Genesee County, town of Batavia, and Batavia Metropolis Faculties.

    Lastly, the board accepted an preliminary decision from NY CDG Genesee 4 LLC for a 4.275 MW photo voltaic farm within the Pavilion township neighborhood on Shepard Highway. The $6.5 million challenge will generate roughly $500,000 in PILOT, host neighborhood, and actual property tax funds to Genesee County, town of Pavilion and the Pavilion Central Faculties. A public listening to on the challenge settlement is scheduled within the city of Pavilion.
