- To re-elect Mr. Kamping Chen as a director of the Company;
- To re-elect Mr. Haiyun Cao as a director of the Company;
- To approve the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP as the Company’s auditors for the fiscal year 2022;
- To authorize the directors of the Company to determine the remuneration of the auditors;
- To authorize each of the directors of the Company to take any and all action that may be necessary to carry out the foregoing resolutions as the director, in his absolute discretion, thinks fit;
- To receive and consider the audited financial statements and the auditors’ report for the year ended December 31, 2021, and the report of the board of directors; and
- To do other things that properly come before our annual general meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
Only shareholders to record the end of the business November 28, 2022 (New York time) is entitled to receive notice and vote at the annual general meeting of the Company or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
