On January 1, the Swiss Confederation launched a “excessive one-off cost” (HEIV) for photo voltaic, along with different incentive fashions: the non-recurring cost for small installations (KLEIV), lower than 100 kW, and the non-recurring cost for giant installations (GREIV), greater than 100 kW.
The HEIV goals to get better as much as 60% of the funding prices of installations that meet the circumstances under:
- The set up will need to have a capability of no less than 2 kW however lower than 150 kW
- All electrical energy produced have to be fed into the grid
- The set up should work for 15 years with out self-consumption
- The set up have to be commissioned from January 1, 2023
In 2023, the projected HEIV payment per put in kilowatt is CHF 450 ($492). If the PV system can be entitled to a tilt angle bonus, this bonus may even be paid.
