    440 MW solar energy project to rise in Isabela

    ILAGAN, Isabela: A personal photo voltaic power supplier will develop a 440-megawatt photo voltaic photovoltaic venture price P18 billion on this metropolis after signing a photo voltaic power working contract with the Division of Power (DoE).
