STOCKHOLM–Swedish private-equity agency EQT AB mentioned Tuesday it has agreed to amass Madison Vitality Investments from associates Stonepeak Companions LP.
Madison Vitality Investments is a US developer, proprietor, and operator of photo voltaic and power storage tasks for business and industrial and community-based clients with a portfolio of greater than 386 megawatts.
The corporate was based in 2019 and is headquartered in Virginia.
EQT mentioned that with the acquisition, EQT Infrastructure VI, which has a goal fund dimension of 20 billion euros ($21.22 billion), will make investments 0-5% based mostly on the goal fund dimension.
The transaction is anticipated to shut within the first quarter of 2023, topic to approval.
