Representatives of 13 European PV gear makers, principally from Germany, met with US photo voltaic producers at a one-day convention and networking occasion this week in Washington, DC. VDMA Photovoltaic Gear, a piece of the VDMA commerce group representing the equipment and gear manufacturing trade in Germany and Europe, organized the occasion in cooperation with US establishments.
The assembly is designed “to match between EU gear suppliers and PV producers increasing within the US,” stated Michael Parr, government director of the Extremely-Low Carbon Photo voltaic Alliance, a co-sponsor of the occasion.
