To equip all state authorities buildings with photo voltaic photovoltaic (PV) panels, Punjab New and Renewable Vitality Sources Minister Aman Arora has directed the heads of all departments to expedite the NOC issuance course of to the panels may be put in on the roof of workplace buildings on the earliest.
