    India launches tenders to assign 1.8 GW of PV capacity – pv magazine International

    Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam (RVUNL) says it’s accepting bids for 810 MW of state transmission utility (STU)-connected PV tasks in Bikaner, India. In a separate growth, Punjab State Energy Corp. issued a request for the choice to buy 1 GW of solar energy from grid-connected PV tasks.

    RVUNL has launched a young to pick builders for establishing 810 MW of state transmission utility (STU)-connected PV tasks within the Indian state of Rajasthan.

    The tasks can be constructed within the 2 GW Photo voltaic Park, which is being developed by RVUNL within the villages of Bikaner district. RVUNL will signal 25-year energy buy agreements with chosen builders. Bidding ends on June 7.

    In a separate growth, Punjab State Energy Corp. Ltd mentioned it has issued a request for choice to buy 1 GW of solar energy from grid-connected PV tasks situated anyplace in Punjab. The minimal capability of the challenge is 5 MW. Bidding ends on July 10.
